SEEDS Trust is a non-governmental, non-profit making, non-sectarian, voluntary social service organization established in the year of 1997, under Indian Charitable Trusts Act 1882. The Governing body consists of 7 Trustees who are very committed and dedicated in community development and Nature Conservation. The Trust is founded by Muthusamy Palanivel, who is the Founder cum Author of the Trust.

SEEDS Trust was established by a group of like-minded individuals with good educational background and committed to social change with the vision of creating self-reliant communities and nature conservation for the benefit of present and future generations.

Our Projects

The Kudaganaru River which passes through 15 villages in Tamil Nadu is polluted due to the effluents discharged by 17 tanneries in Dindigul. The objective of the project is to raise awareness about tannery pollution and thereby create a pressure point for local bodies to provide safe drinking water.
